Auralic Aries Streamer

Review of the Auralic Aries Streamer by Computeraudiophile
A seriously glowing review of the Auralic Aries Streamer or Digital Media Bridge by Computeraudiophile. The £1,500 Auralic has no internal USB DAC instead it acts as a play back bridge between digital sources where ever these are e.g. on a NAS, USB drive or a streaming service such as Qobuz or Tidal and your DAC. Computeraudiophile spends many months with the Auralic Aries noting that the Aries continued to improve over that time just through free firmware updates. Very interestingly they conclude that it’s the best streamer they heard, better than a turnkey solution or a laptop, even bettering their own CAPS Server (one serious Desktop Computer !). A CASH (Computer Audiophile Suggested Hardware) award is the result with a conclusion of :-

Sonically the Auralic Aries is a superstar. It has all the features one wants and it manages to perform among the best source components I’ve heard.
